CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation & No-Show Policy To respect everyone’s time and keep my schedule running smoothly, I require the following fees for cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours before the appointment will be charged 50% of the total service(s) booked. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment or no-shows will be charged 100% of the total service(s) booked. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so by phone call or text at 734-865-8263. Clients with unpaid invoices will not be able to rebook appointments until all outstanding balances are paid in full. Additionally, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, I may need to reschedule to ensure quality service for all clients.
